The Psychedelic Hobbit: Galadriel

Today I brought my design to life on my lovely friend Brooke! Here is my 60's/70's Psychedelic look for Galadriel in the novel The Hobbit. It was inspired by lava lamps so thats what I was trying to represent here. I will be entering this makeup/hair design as well as my other two that are incomplete right now into the Texas State competition for Technically theatre. I have been chosen to represent my school in costume design I hope my makeup/hair designs turns out as well as my costume designs did. I will be showing y'all my designs as I finish them. I have been feeling very girly lately so I combined my love of Disney and all frilly things. I used an old Banquet dress as a skirt and mixed patterns with textures to create this outfit.
